Implementing the Quality Improvement Cycle in Community Practice

Speaker: Emily Stuart, MSW

Emily Stuart is the Director of Family Development and Program Evaluation at Kingdom House. Emily oversees five core adult programs for the organization as well as all data collection, analysis, and program evaluation. She is committed to ensuring program quality and fidelity to evidence-based practice. Emily has her Master in Social Work degree from Washington University in St. Louis and over 11 years of nonprofit experience specializing in evaluation, program design, fund development, and public health. She is an adjunct professor at Washington University’s Brown School of Social Work, teaching mental health policy to graduate students. Emily also provided research support on economic mobility for the Ferguson Commission.


-Attendees will be able to identify the value of Quality Improvement and best fit within their organization

-Attendees will leave with the tools necessary to implement basic quality improvement within the community

Target Audience: Those in non-profit or community sector who track or have interest in quality improvement, process improvement, program evaluation and/or data analysis.
