417 Adams was built in the late 1840’s and registered in 1850 making it the oldest frame home in Ferguson and one of the oldest homes in North County. Mike and Linda Jawahir purchased the home in 2008 and have been painstakingly restoring it. Additions to the 2 acre property include a pair of matching gazebos with bench swings, a 3 tiered fountain, a large patio, and a summer kitchen. The house includes an enclosed well that can still draw water! A large fruit tree orchard and vegetable garden flank the west side of the property. An old fashioned tree swing and additional parking are on the west. The front grand staircase was built into the hillside and includes the home’s address engraved in stone. This beautiful Victorian Farm Home is great for entertaining!

The home and grounds can be rented for special events such as birthday or anniversary parties, baby or bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, or outdoor weddings.
